Our Experiences
Wellness on the Water is our motto. We have carefully crafted each kayaking experience to enable participants ages 14 and up to connect with nature on a level that brings themselves peace, and expands their appreciation for the world around them.
All kayaking experiences will take place at Beck Lake in Des Plaines Illinois. Paddles and Coast Guard approved personal flotation devices (PFD) will be provided.
Sunset Paddle

The sunset paddle starts before sunset and over the course of 2 hours, you will paddle around Beck Lake. The guided paddle will stop at multiple spots around the lake giving the opportunity for participants watch the sunset from all sides of the lake.

Paddle, Relax, and Bird

Inspired by the book Bird Therapy by Joe Harkness; this event connects mindfulness, paddling, and birding into a Guided kayak around Beck Lake. The group will stop at multiple areas around the lake and deeply listen with their eyes, ears, and hearts to observe the birds in their natural environment.

Creativity and kayaking who would have thought. Photography, Writing, and Sketching are welcome, make sure to bring your own materials. While out on the water you will be free to paddle around the lake and find your muse in this beautiful natural space. At the end of the paddle there will be the opportunity to share what you created with the group.

Creative Arts and Kayaking
Price 50$ per boat
plus 1$ per mile if over 25 miles round trip for drop off
If you have a lake or river that you want to kayak on, we will drop off on site! We will supply all the kayaks, paddles, PFD’s, and all safety equipment necessary to have a safe and fun time!
